2013-2014

Up until 2013, the National Arts Centre’s annual reports had always stressed the national role the NAC plays within Canada’s performing arts universe. A World of Performance was the first annual report to feature the NAC’s international role and activities front and centre.

Groundbreaking

2015-2016

Paralleling the concepts of the physical reconstruction of the NAC with the groundbreaking performances the NAC stages at home and across Canada, this report featured some of the most experimental and creative performance art of 2015-2016.


On the Road With Canada 150

2016-2017

Tracing the NAC’s national celebration of Canada’s 150th anniversary, On the Road With Canada 150 showcases nation-building performances from across Canada and at the NAC. This report won Gold at the MerComm Arc Awards, NY, USA.


The New NAC (Print and Online Reports)

2017-2018

Announcing the departure of the NAC’s transformative leader, and the arrival of a new vibrant CEO, Christopher Deacon,
The New NAC focuses on the massive architectural and operational changes at Canada’s National Arts Centre.
This is the NAC’s first fully-interactive online annual report, winning MerComm Arc Awards (NY, USA)
for both the print and online versions.

Canada is Our Stage

The National Art Centre’s 5-year strategic plan, Canada is Our Stage, features an arresting visual essay focusing on the national role of the NAC, and the complexity of the Canadian performing arts scene, carefully juxtaposed to amplify the NAC’s key strategic messages.
